Since 2016, Josh harnessed his creativity, entrepreneurial spirit and nearly 25 years of construction industry experience to form Haven Development, Covenant Constructors and Haven Builders. His philosophy is simple, SERVICE, COMPASSION, LEADERSHIP. While a high priority goal is to provide a quality affordable home, our purpose is to lead people to build their own Thriving Home ~ Thriving Life.
Estimator
Tom brings 40+ years of experience to Haven Builders, with home builders from the nation’s largest, to privately held builders and businesses which serve home builders. He’s been in the field building homes for the last 20+ years in the office focused on costs to build, including subcontractor negotiations, material quantity management and cost analysis.
Director of Construction
Jeff is a 41 year veteran of the home building industry and brings a wealth of knowledge to our team. He manages budgets, field operations and directly coordinates sub-contractor activities. Fueled with a passion for building, his wide array of construction experience helps Haven Builders deliver a high quality home at an affordable price.
Superintendent
While attending MTSU, Kyle began his career in construction working for a local home builder. Throughout the years, Kyle has worked in remodel and restoration work as well as new home construction. After his career in Law Enforcement, Kyle found his life once again surrounded by the construction industry. Kyle brings years of leadership and experience to Haven as our Superintendent with a passion to servce in our communities.
